Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support of LA Indian Bazaar delivery service. We will be providing updates, tips and useful information once a month in this newsletter.  We have 500+ customers now and growing rapidly.
There will be no delivery on July 4th week due to independence day holiday.
1) Out of Stock Items – We introduced a new option on the website to minimize the impact of out of stock items for our customers. If an item is out of stock customer can opt to get the item - of same brand and different size or of any brand and same size. The default option is to deliver same brand and different size. As always customer can return unopened items if they don't like.
2) Order Delivery – As we are experiencing heavy order volume we will be delivering orders on Wednesday and/or Thursday. We chose to deliver all orders on Wednesday or split the orders Wed/Thu based on orders volume for the week. This is to make sure we avoid delivering beyond 10.30 PM.  
Wednesday  - Valencia & San Fernando Valley
Thursday  -  All other areas
You will be notified by email about when your order is delivered. 
a. Apartment/Condo Customers need to pick up the items curbside in front of the apartment building or at the apartment lobby if the apartment has guest parking near lobby and closer to street.
b. Individual Homes Customers need to pick up the items at driveway or near front door which ever is closer to street.
c. Gate Code Please put gate code/pin info in your delivery address field while placing order. There is a separate line in delivery address where you can enter/update the info.
3) Returns - Missing/mismatch/return items please check & email us; Refunds given on Sat/Sun; Return items picked up when delivering your next order; Phone calls answered only Fri-Sun for refunds. We process refunds by supplier in multiple batches, so you will be receiving refund emails based on your order items over two days.
1) Referrals - If you refer a friend (new customer) and if your friend places an order on the website then both you and your friend will get a one-time discount of $3.5 Off. Click on the "Rewards" button on the website and select the link "Earn More" to refer a friend. Reward for referring new customers only.
2) Wildcard Searches - Searching for your product is very powerful feature in the website. Please use * for wildcard searches. For example: Haldi* will give all Haldiram products. Another example: *chapati* will give all products which have chapati word in them.
